We invite you to enter into the rich sensory experience of “lavender time”. Come and walk, or picnic amidst the sweet pungent scent of purple fields waving in a soft sea breeze, as the bright sounds of children, friends and local music mix with the low hum of happy bees - everyone slightly intoxicated by the simple beauty of a mid summer weekend and fields of blooming lavender.

Tour the fields with the Lavender Sisters learn all about lavender.
Picnic! Spread your blanket under an apple tree, sip some lavender lemonade, and enjoy light cuisine from the Island’s Local Flavor

Music throughout the day! Sunday morning’s tradition is coffee and scones and Chamber music performed by Annie Roberts and her daughters. Also featured are Pat Reardon & Kim Cronin, John Brown and other great local musicians.
 

  Art in the Barn! Paintings by Ben Mann and Ann Leda, and lovely small quilts by Patricia Williams.

Cooking! Learn culinary secrets of cooking with lavender with Kris Dews of Sook Enterprises and baker extraordinaire, Denise Kitchell.

Booths of local artisan crafts and our own lavender creations including our own oil, salves, soaps, sachets and eye pillows from antique kimono fabric.

Lavender wand lessons, tarot reading, and henna tattoos
going on all day.

Walk to the beach or simply dip your toes in the stream
(the kid’s favorite!)
